No we don’t charge a transaction fee unlike other platforms. However we do charge a flat order fee from ₹5 – ₹15 irrespective of your order value. So even for a ₹3000 order you still pay a flat fee of ₹5*.

Data suggests that 95% of stores don’t have more than 700 products. However if you have more than 1000 products reach out to us and we will assist you with a custom plan. 

Each product can have a maximum of 100 SKU’s while each package has its own SKU limit. The applicable SKU limits for Startup, Basic, Grow & Scale plans are 500, 2k, 5k & 10k respectively. 

Can you compare this with Shopify SKU limits?

On Shopify you can create upto 100 variants / SKU’s per product.

There are no separate hosting charges on InfoBahn.

There is no separate maintenance fee on InfoBahn. Regular upkeep of your website is covered in all plans.

Unlike other SaaS platforms, on InfoBahn you own your data as well as your website. On most SaaS platforms you own the data and not the website. Meaning if you decide to leave you can download your data in excel but the website is gone and you will have to recreate your website.
